Nosocomial influenza

In this project, we aim to study the transmission patterns of influenza between healthcare workers, patients and visitors in an acute care setting. We are particularly interested in the incidence of asymptomatic and symptomatic nosocomial influenza in hospitalized patients, the incidence of asymptomatic and symptomatic influenza in healthcare workers and the transmission dynamics between symptomatic and asymptomatic individuals.
